I have tried other methods in the past and the results were not satisfactory.
I am a 37-year-old athletic male who enjoys playing sports and working out as much as possible. Unfortunately, the aging process has not been kind to my mid-section. I consider myself active and try to workout at least 3-5 times a week. Even though my workouts keep me in good shape, I have not been able to achieve my desired `six pack' of abdominals. I have tried other methods in the past and the results were not satisfactory.
My wife and I found Youthtopia Medspa in July of 2007 and have been undergoing Elite LipoDissolve treatments with Velasmooth since that time. We have been working with Gina, the nurse on staff, and have begun to see significant progress.

Best Facial in GA Posted on 09/30/2010 Having oily skin with acne scarring regular facials is a must for me. It does not help that I have adult skin, coupled with new breakouts due to my harmones going haywire (menopause.) So without regular cleaning my face looks pretty bumpy and dingy. I relocated to GA five years ago and have tried a number of spas and individuals, put it this way, I have had a facial at least 8 times a year and in 5 years Youthopia IS THE FIRST spa I have visited whose aesthetician actually knew how to do proper extractions. What is even better is that this place has been able to keep their staff members so I am not afraid that they are going to disappear or disappoint me with their service.

I had lipo therme done on 3 areas a little less than a month ago. Dr. McCabe is the doctor to have for this procedure. She was precise, gentle, and made sure she gave me the best results possible. I am thrilled with my results and am so glad that I had it done at Youthtopia. The staff was very helpful throughout the process. They not only care about giving you the best results outwardly but also inwardly. They are an all around staff and spa. I highly recommend this spa to everyone.

The staff is superb and the treatments truly work. I had a VelaShape and was able to reduce inches along with the appearance of cellulite. I love this place. I would highly recommend it for cellulite reduction and injectibles. It is undoubtedly the best in the area.

Posted on 01/24/2007 My skin care girl was so kind and pampered me in a warm wax hand treatment that felt so good it was personalized just for me, I received a nice relaxing massage...I needed it and they used this new vibraderm machine that felt so awesome. It was different than most places that I have visited and I felt like I was not sold my products. My skin looks great and I also got to relax. This is the BEST facial I ever had!

I've been to a number of different spas in the North Fulton area (yes, I was a spa hopper) and this one is the best by far! I highly recommend the Glow Fruit Acid Peel. It has taken years off my face. My skin is firmer and more radiant. They have a great line of skin products. I am interested in having the Live Stem Cell therapy performed in the near future.

I had botox on my forehead and it took years off my looks. Several people commented on how wonderful I looked and how young I appeared. I don't know if it's coincidence, but ever since I had the botox treatment, people tell me that I look the same age as my husband who is 15 years younger than I am. The service was incredible. I felt so special. I definately plan to continue my treatments, and even try other things as well. The nurse was great and followed up with me later in the week. Very attentive! I HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY OUT OF TOWN AND HAD TO CANCEL LAST MINUTE AND MARLA NOT ONLY HONORED THE SPECIAL PRICING OFFERED AT THE TIME I BOOKED MY PROCEDURE, BUT SHE WAS PLEASANT AND UNDERSTANDING. I HAD MY PROCEDURE DONE BY GINA, WHO IS JUST THE SWEETEST, NICEST AND MOST PATIENT YOUNG WOMAN... Truly relaxing experience Posted on 05/25/2007 I happened upon Youthtopia one Saturday morning and have been returning ever since. Not only is the atmosphere beautiful, but the knowledge of the entire staff is exceptional. I have used Youthtopia numerous times for many different treatments and each time I leave more pleased than the last. I also can hardly wait until my next appointment. Not only do they offer many types of treatments and services, they also give you an opportunity to meet with your girlfriends on "Girls Night out". Marla and staff, thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and I appreciate all that you do for us who are conscious of our skin care and the aging process.
